In this period of uncertainty we look ahead to a time when life returns to some kind of normality and to a time when you can consider joining us again here in the Alps or in to enjoy our luxurious chalets. However we understand that making a commitment to travel at this time is not without worry. We would like to reassure anyone looking to book with us that your peace of mind is our top priority. Our new and existing guests are at the forefront of our mind during these times and we hope that along with our partners our new cancellation policies, combined with stringent new hygiene procedures, will reassure and help you feel confident that booking with us for the seasons ahead will go some way to easing your concerns.
The terms and conditions of our partners vary depending on the resort and chalet however you can expect reduced deposits for chalet bookings for next winter and in many cases deposits are fully refundable until Autumn.
If you need to cancel prior to your balance payment due to the below COVID-related circumstances in some cases refunds will be given or a credit for a booking within the next 24 months.

We know that many of the alpine resorts in Europe will be open in the summer of 2020, with some opening up and lifts operating again from as early as the first week of June. We are also seeing European countries opening up boarders to Tourism in the coming month so we are confident that we’ll all ready to once again enjoy the beauty of the Alps in Winter 2020/21.
